Quality Control for Food-Grade Bottles, Jars & Caps
Gracepack quality control starts before production: material route, cap fit, filling behavior, certificate needs, packing method and shipment risk are checked as one system.

Quality Control Process
Requirement & Material Confirmation
Confirm bottle material, filling temperature, cap route, liner, destination market and document requirements before sampling.
Sample & Drawing Review
Check dimensions, neck finish, cap fit, label panel, squeeze feel, shaker holes or dispensing opening before bulk production.
Production Inspection
Monitor appearance, color, black spots, scratches, deformation, cap assembly and batch consistency during molding and packing.
Pre-Shipment & Document Handoff
Review carton packing, leakage risk, shipment photos, certificates and project-requested documents before export release.
What We Check Before Bottles Leave the Factory
Quality is not only a certificate file. It is the combination of material, appearance, closure fit, leakage risk, carton design and documentation that keeps packaging usable after arrival.

Appearance
No visible oil stains, black spots, cracks, obvious scratches, water marks or deformation on retail-facing surfaces.
Cap fit
Bottle neck, thread, liner, flip-top, shaker, nozzle or tamper-evident closure must match the selected product route.
Leakage risk
Check cap tightening, inverted use, transit vibration and filling behavior for sauce, liquid condiment or powder seasoning applications.
Packing
Use carton dividers, inner bags, pallet wrapping or reinforced cartons according to glass/plastic risk and export route.
Documents
Match ISO, FDA, EU/LFGB, BPA, SGS or other reports to the actual material and destination market instead of sending generic files.
Shipment proof
Provide packing or loading photos when required to verify carton labels, pallet handling and shipment status.
Certificates & Food-Contact Documents
Certificate files are matched to the actual project. Tell us the material, food type and destination market so the correct FDA, EU/LFGB, ISO, BPA, SGS or audit document can be prepared.
ISO 22000 Food Safety System
Food safety management certificate covering food packaging containers such as plastic bottles and bottle caps.
FDA / SGS Food Contact Report
Food-contact test report example for plastic bottle and jar material used in packaging projects.
EU / LFGB Document Support
EU food-contact documentation can be matched for European retail or distributor channels.
BSCI Audit Support
Supplier social responsibility audit support for retailers, importers and long-term B2B cooperation.
How We Reduce Damage Before Shipment
Export quality includes what happens after bottles pass inspection. Carton structure, dividers, pallet wrapping, loading sequence and shipment photos help reduce damage during sea freight, LCL handling or distributor delivery.

Bottle protection
Plastic bottles and glass bottles are packed with structure matched to the product shape, cap type and shipment route.
Carton planning
Carton quantity, dividers, inner bags and gross weight are reviewed to reduce crushing, rubbing and cap damage.
Pallet and loading
Pallet wrapping, carton labels and loading photos can be provided for container, LCL or distributor shipments.
Market documents
Certificates, packing list details and material reports are prepared according to project and customs needs.
